Six steel blast victims off danger list

Six workers who are victims of an explosion yesterday at Nam Kim Steel JSC in southern Binh Duong Province were out of danger list, said the Cho Ray Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City.

Six workers who are victims of an explosion yesterday at Nam Kim Steel JSC in southern Binh Duong Province were out of danger list, said the Cho Ray Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City.

The explosion took place when workers were working a furnace containing melted steel.

Six workers were transferred from Binh Duong General Hospital to HCM City-based Cho Ray Hospital due to the severity of their conditions.

Amongst six, Vo Van Pho, born in 1994, suffered burns on 65 per cent of his body with the depth of 14 percent; accordingly, he received intensive treatment while others are in stable condition.
