The PM asked leaders and staff of the hospital to improve their expertise and acquire new treatment methods to meet public demand.
Put into operation in 2015, the hospital was built at a total cost of over VND 3.37 trillion ($146.5 million) under the public-private partnership model. With 2,000 beds, it offers treatment to between 1,500-1,800 inpatients and about 4,000- 6,000 outpatients per day.
During the trip, the leader also visited the mothers of two martyrs in Bien Hoa city.
Earlier on the day, he attended a conference on the development of the southern key economic zone in Bien Hoa city.
