Amongst diseases with more infection cases, dengue fever is the leading 6,895 cases in the month including two succumbing to the disease.

Though most infection cases and deaths occured in the South, Hanoi has also had nearly 500 infection cases since the beginning of the year, an increase of 45 percent compared to same period last year.
