Private pre-schools in HCMC undergo complete overhaul

This move aims to dress taking care of kids in private daycare centers.
The overhauls will be from now to January 30, 2018. Private preschools are completely overhauled. Inspectors will check facilities, teaching quality and teaching staffs.
The document says People’s Committee issued an order to shut down and impose harsh punishment on violating private schools. The city authorities asked the Department of Education and Training and people’s committees in districts to review issuance of license of opening private schools as per the present law.
People’s committees in districts are responsible for looking after kids in nonpublic preschools and liaise with bureaus of education and training to issue guidance for opening daycare centers in line with the current regulations.
Additionally, people’s committees in districts also work with locals where private daycare centers are located to silently supervise the activities of the centers in order to soon discover child abuse.
Administrators will be held accountable for violations of these private schools.
In the first day, inspectors paid visits to private daycare centers in district 12. Inspections will include teaching staffs quality, facilities, especially installation of cameras.
