Candidates participated in the exam on June 2-3 with subjects, including mathematics, literature, and foreign language. The mathematics and literature tests last 120 minutes of each while the foreign language exam is 60 minutes.
According to Vice director of the municipal Department of Training and Education Le Hoai Nam, around 80,361 contestants attended in the 10th grade entrance exam at 135 venues; and 6,984 students participated in the tests for the 10th grade special classes at 10 venues.
