Vietnamese beauty wins ‘Most Favorite Contestant’ title at Miss Intercontinental

The runner-up of the Face Vietnam 2017, Nguyen Dang Tuong Linh who represented VN to participate in the 46th Miss Intercontinental won the title of ‘Most Favorite Contestant’ at the pageant competition.

Miss Mexico Verónica Salas Vallejo crowned at the beauty contest. The1st runner-up went to Philippines’ Katarina Sonja Rodríguez. The 2nd runner-up belonged to Cathelijne Madelief Heppenhuis of Netherlands.
The 46th Miss Intercontinental Finale took place in Hurghada City, Egypt from January 10 to 26.
Tuong Linh, 23, was the winner of Miss Phu Yen 2011 beauty contest in her homeland, the central coastal province of Phu Yen. She also was also crowned Miss Student Phu Yen in 2012 and entered top 5 Miss Vietnam Aviation Academy 2012. Notablely Tuong Linh won Miss Asia Beauty 2017 held recently in Thailand.
Tuong Linh is 1.70 metres tall with measures 84-60-90 and can speak English fluently. She has a higher academic achievement during schoolyears and graduated from Vietnam Aviation Academy.
She will be the fifth Vietnamese beauty attended in the semifinal round after Huynh Thuy Anh in 2004, super- model Thanh Hang in 2005, and Le Thi Ha Thu in 2015, and Nguyen Thi Bao Nhu in 2016. Ha Thu was listed in the top-17 most-beautiful beauties around the world in the final round of Miss Intercontinental 2015 and received the title of ‘Most Favorite Contestant’.
