Traditional Crafts Festival opens in Hue

The fifth Traditional Crafts Festival kicked off in the central city of Hue this morning, April 27, to honor local craftsmen and artisans and the quintessential handicrafts of Vietnam.

The fifth Traditional Crafts Festival kicked off in the central city of Hue this morning, April 27, to honor local craftsmen and artisans and the quintessential handicrafts of Vietnam.

More than 200 artisans from 21 well-known crafts villages nationwide will display their wares and exquisitely handcrafted products.

They will also demonstrated live the intricate techniques and processes that go into the making of theses craft items--providing visitors with a visual treat.
