The winner received a cash prize of VND600 million, a crown worth VND3.2 billion and other valuable rewards.
The organization board also awarded minor titles, including Miss Ao Dai to Dong Mai Ngan, Miss Talent to Tran Thi Kim Yen, Best in Swimsuit to Cong Thi Hang Nga, Miss Fashion and Charming Smile to Nguyen Thi Huyen Trang, Best Hair to Tran Thi Tuyet Nhi, Miss Photogenic to Nguyen Thi Cam Tu, Miss Ocean to Nguyen Thi Dieu Thuong and Miss Perfect Skin to Nguyen Thi Kim Ngoc.
Launched in 2014, the 2nd edition of Miss Vietnam Ocean beauty contest aims to raise awareness of marine environmental issues. Dang Thu Thao of the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho was winner of the 2014 Miss Vietnam Ocean.
