A special art performance honoring winners of the 2016 Golden Ball Awards will be held at Ben Thanh Theater in Ho Chi Minh City’s Dsitrcit 1 on January 4.
The event will be participated by part painter and part magician, Pham Hong Minh; Tran Ngoc Lan Khue, Miss Ao Dai Vietnam 2015; Meritorious Artists Thanh Nam and My Uyen, actress Van Trang, singer Hoang Bach and more.
The organization board of Golden Ball Awards will offer award categories, including the Vietnamese Golden Ball Awards 2016 for male players, the best male young footballer, the best foreign football player, the 2016 Women’s Gold Ball, the best male young footballer and the 2016 Golden Futsal at the ceremony on the day.
The annual Gold Ball Awards was launched in 1995 to honor Vietnamese football players for their contributions and achievements during a year. The event is organized by the Sai Gon Giai Phong Newspaper with the support of the Ho Chi Minh City Culture and Sports Department, the Vietnam Football Federation, the HCMC Football Federation and sport journalists in the country.
