The festival will have three distinct areas, including Spring Road, Spring Garden, Contribution to the Spring and Spring Wharf covering an area of more than 7 hectares.
This year’s festival will focus on presenting the cultural space and the vast network of waterways of the marsh land of Nha Be County (District 7 now)
Visitors will have a chance to enjoy the rural culture with images of coconut forest and the daily life of people in Southern region, folk art performances, traditional sport games and photo contest.
There is also a flower market featuring 250 booths of various kinds of flowers and decorative trees for Tet, and 80 stalls displaying local specialties from different regions in the country.
