Centre for Folkloric Preservation and Development of Nghe An and the People’s Committee of Nam Dan district, Nghe An province are working the plan to organize a performance of Vi and Giam folk songs of Nghe Tinh in September.
The program entitled “Performance of Vi and Giam folk songs of Nghe Tinh - Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity” will be held at thatched cottage of Vuong Hoang My’s family where is near Uncle Ho’s house in Lotus Village (Lang Sen).
The program is considered as a chance to introduce Nghe Tinh and Vi- Giam folk singing to travelers at home and abroad.
The performance will commence at 7: 30 am on Saturday and Sunday in September.
