Two outdoor photo exhibitions portraying everyday life in Ho Chi Minh City opened yesterday and will run until New Year’s Day.
The first, entitled “Beauty of Sai Gon - Ho Chi Minh City”, is taking place in Chi Lang Park and along the neighboring stretch of Dong Khoi Street. Works featured here will represent a wide spectrum of subject material including landscapes, architectural works and daily life in the city and other regions of the country.
The second, in Lam Son Park, presents more than 80 photos highlighting important news stories and events from 2006.
The exhibitions are jointly organized by the Department of Culture and Information, and the Association of Photography in Ho Chi Minh City.
