Even more, the craft of making “Pho”  will be portrayed profoundly through the money earning time of this character. “With this detail, Pho-dealer could find new inspiration in their work”, said Ms. Huynh Thanh Dieu, Director of Viet Family.

“Mui ngo gai” (Scent of Coriander) is made with the cooperation between CJ Media, FNC from Korea and Viet Family (VIFA) from Viet Nam. These film producers have different but complementary assistances.

It took Korean film-makers five months to penetrate Vietnamese culture and style, which ensures this film will merely portray life of local people. Vietnamese co-workers after receiving scenario must revise for its content.

“We would be so happy if this artwork resembled Korean Film Technology. It would be our serious fault if it reflected our partner’s culture instead of Viet Nam’s”, she added.

Performing in the film are Vietnamese famous actors and actresses like Thanh Loc, Kim Xuan, Viet Anh…, which can obviously satisfy film-addicts.

Expectedly, “Mui ngo gai” (Scent of Coriander) will be screened in Vietnamese Television in the middle of June, 2006.
