Ho Chi Minh Museum receives valuable items

The Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hanoi on August 29 received valuable documents and artifacts on the late President Ho Chi Minh.

They included more than 80 photos, documents, artistic works, publications which were collected from September, 2017 –August, 2018.
Highlights of the items are four letters President Ho Chi Minh sent to former Minister of Health Hoang Tich Tri in 1947, the Minister’s identify Card with the signature of the great leader, a Colt handgun President Ho Chi Minh granted to Minister Hoang Tich Tri.
Over recent years, the Ho Chi Minh Museum has collected and received a number of artifacts from Vietnamese and foreign people, such as an oil painting of President Ho Chi Minh by Bulgarian painter Stefan Petrov in 1958, 8 paintings on Uncle Ho from mr. Dao Trong Ly, an overseas Vietnamese resident in Thailand.
