The event attracted a large number of art troupes from cities and provinces nationwide, such as The Vietnam Puppet Theater, Phuong Nam Art Theater, Dong Nai Contemporary Art Theater, Hai Phong Puppetry Theater, Canh Dieu Art Theater and others.
The event aims to honor Vietnamese traditional puppetry art. Visitors have a chance to enjoy many puppet art forms, including water puppetry, shadow puppetry, stick puppetry, string puppetry, human puppetry and more.
There is a series of activities, such as music performance, circus, exhibition on puppets.
The organization board has invited 1,500 disadvantaged children and kids from child sponsorship centers in the city to attend the event and receive gifts.
