25 newspaper agencies in Hanoi displays their publications, including Spring and Lunar New Year (Tet) editions.
The organization board will give prizes to newspapers and magazines with the best design, best cover, best stories on Hanoi, best booth design and Ngo Tat To Press Award.
The festival lasts till February 3.
