Free concert to raise awareness of human trafficking

A free concert titled ‘MTV EXIT’ (End Exploitation and Trafficking), will be held at the My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi on May 26, to raise awareness of and increase prevention of human trafficking.

A free concert titled ‘MTV EXIT’ (End Exploitation and Trafficking), will be held at the My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi on May 26, to raise awareness of and increase prevention of human trafficking.

International modern-rock band Simple Plan; Korean pop group Brown Eyed Girls; Australian vocal sensation Kate Miller-Heidke, who previously performed at the MTV EXIT 2010 concert in Hanoi, will join the outdoor concert.

Local rapper Karik and rock band Buc Tuong will be on stage at the show. This year, singer My Tam has been chosen as an ambassador of MTV EXIT in Vietnam.

The return of the MTV EXIT campaign in Vietnam includes a nation-wide initiative to combat human trafficking through a series of live events, TV programming and youth engaging activities.
