A ballet and music performance featuring Spanish and Vietnamese artists will take place at Hanoi Opera House on April 14-15.
The concert will present to music lovers classical musi works performed by Spanish soloist Jesus Mª Gómez Rodríguez, local soprano and baritone, Dao To Loan and Manh Dung under the baton of Spain’s conductor David Gomez Ramirez.
The event also includes the “Rite of Spring” ballet which will be horeographed by artist Pham Minh, performed by Viet An, Han Giang and dancers from Vietnam National Opera and Ballet. A mysterious tale combined with Igor Stravinsky’s beautiful music compositions forms a fascinating ballet dance. Choreographer Pham Minh has modified the work to suit the body shape, the rhythm and the Vietnamese customs.
The concert aims to mark the 40th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Viet Nam and Spain.
