Children’s painting contest celebrates Vietnamese-Singaporean diplomatic ties

A children’s painting contest celebrating the 45th anniversary of Vietnamese-Singaporean diplomatic relations was held at the General Sciences Library in Ho Chi Minh City on January 7.

The competition attracted around 100 elementary and middle school students.
Singaporean Consul General in HCMC Leow Siu Lin said that the event is one of the activities strengthening friendship between the two countries and giving deep knowledge to peoples of the nations.
The contest was held by the Consulate General of the Republic of Singapore in Ho Chi Minh City, the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Friendship Organizations and the General Sciences Library.
The organizer presented two first prizes, four second prizes, six third prizes and eight encouragement prizes to students.
