The 24th Duyen dang Viet Nam or Charming Vietnam Gala will take place in Buon Ma Thuot City of the central highland province of Dak Lak on March 13-14.
The event will raise money for the Nguyen Thai Binh Fund for poor students.
The Charming Vietnam Gala with the theme “the Legend of Coffee” will be held in Trung Nguyen Coffee Village in Buon Ma Thuot City. The third coffee festival is also scheduled for March 10-15, organized by the province People’s Committee, Thanh Nien Joint-Stock Corporation and Trung Nguyen Coffee Company.
The 24th Charming Vietnam show will have singers and artists presenting musical songs about the people and land in the central highland province. Participating in the event are singers Cam Van, Huong Lan, Siu Black, Kasim Hoang Vu, Nguyen Thao, Ha Anh Tuan, Pham Anh Khoa, Y Jack and Y Jalin Ayun.
Well known designer Minh Khoa will showcase his two recent collections named Suoi mo( Dream stream) and Dai ngan xanh ( Green jungle) with supermodels Huong Giang, Diem Huong, Hoang Yen, Truong Thi May, Hoang My, Thai Ha, Lan Huong and Ngoc Thach.
Since 1992, Thanh Nien Newspaper has established the Nguyen Thai Binh Scholarship Fund to sponsor 500 students annually with over VND 1.5 billion. The Music and Fashion Show at Charming Vietnam Gala is aimed to raise money for this fund which assists poor and hard working students to achieve a better life.
