A giant-sized calligraphy book is now ready for public display on the occasion of the 123rd birth anniversary of late President Ton Duc Thang.
A young calligrapher Nguyen Hieu Tin, a teacher at the Ton Duc Thang University in Ho Chi Minh City, completed this giant-sized calligraphy book in two months, measuring 90cm x 120cm and weighing 72 kilos.
The book is divided into two parts. The first part includes about 50 poems honoring the late President. The second part has reports and comments on the late President by local and international leaders.
The book was displayed at the Ton Duc Thang University during the inauguration of the late President’s statue at the University premises.
