VN leads Asia about gender equality in management

According to a report of Deloitte Global, Vietnam listed the top in Asian region about female manager's ratio.

The report was based on statistic data of 7,000 corporations and firms of 64 countries.

Vietnam was listed the first in Asia with 17.6 percent of female managers which was higher 2.6 percent point than the average rate of the world.

The country was followed by Malaysia and Singapore with 13.7 percent and 10.2 percent respectively. On the bottom of the list in the area included Japan and South Korea with 3.5 percent and 4.1 percent respectively.

However, the proportion of female leaders in Asia was still low, which was just higher than South America while Europe led the top of the world with 22.8 percent of women leaders in corporations and enterprises.

According to Master Card, Vietnam was on the top ten countries in the world being suitable for women start-up their business.
