Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (VNM) and Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company (KAC) announced their investment as follows:
Accordingly, VNM will increase its investment in Miraka Limited from NZ$121 million to NZ$147.95 million, or 19.3 percent stake, in fresh pasteurized milk UHT production line. Earlier, VNM had announced that it will invest US$7 million to hold 70 percent stake in Driftwood Dairy Holding Corporation, a producer and distributor of dairy, juice and snack food products in California.
KAC approved contributing VND40 billion, or 80 percent stake, to establish its subsidiary, Khang An-Nhon Trach Real Estate JSC, whose charter capital is VND50 billion, to do business in the real estate sector in Nhon Trach District in Dong Nai Province.
