Accordingly, TVB will issue 16.2 million shares to its current shareholders at raio of 2:1 with a price of VND 10,000 per share and 8.1 million shares to laborers at the same price.
The issuance aims to add more capitals for its business operation, enhancing financial capacity and expanding the business.
