Dam Sen Water Park Corporation (DSN), Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Copany (NTL), and Na Ri Hamico Mineral Joint Stock Company (KSS) announced dividend payment as follows:
DSN will advance dividends for the second term of 2013 in cash at a ratio of 16 percent on January 15, 2014. The company advanced dividends for the first term of 2013 in September at a ratio of 20 percent. This year, the company’s dividend payout ratio is expected to be at least 36 percent.
NTL will close the list of shareholders on December 18 to pay dividends for the first term of 2012 in cash at a ratio of 10 percent on December 31. According to plan, dividends of 2012 will be paid over two times at 10 percent and 5 percent in tandem. In the first nine months, the company saw net profit at VND36.1 billion, up 91.2 percent year-on-year, with cash and equivalents at VND185.4 billion by September 30, 2013.
KSS will close the list of shareholders on December 24 to issue 18.14 million shares, of which, the company will use 6.05 million shares to pay dividends at a ratio of 25 percent, and sell 12.1 million shares to its existing shareholders at a ratio of 2:1 at VND10,000 per share. The sum of money mobilized from the share sale will be used to invest in Coc Lot project, add to its working capital, and do research for the Nhon Trach-Dong Nai Bridge project.
