In 2014, DRC profited VND 452billion, dividend payout ratio at 40 percent. This year, the company targets to reach revenue of VND 3,616billion with net profit of VND 455billion.
FLC Group (FLC) announced to close its shareholders’ list on May 29 and issue 75 million bonus shares to current shareholders at ratio of 20 percent from the corporation’s capital surplus, the development fund and net profit. In the first quarter of 2015, FLC profited VND 111.9billion.
