Vinamilk (VNM) will close the list shareholders on August 15 and issue 166.69 million bonus shares to current shareholders at a ratio of 20 percent. After share issuance, VNM will own its chartered capital of up VND 1trillion.
Lix Detergent Corp (LIX) announced its 2nd quarter revenue for 2014 was VND 435 billion with a net profit of VND 26.8 billion; an increase of 22 percent and 28 percent in turn; compared to the same period last year. In the first half 2014, LIX’s revenue reached VND 823 billion, a rise of 14 percent, compared to the same period last year and fulfilling 51.4 percent of its yearly target. Gorss profit gained VND 34.7 billion, a decrease of 2 percent compared to the same period last year and fulfilling 48.3 percent of its yearly target.

In 2013, PIT lost VND 21.1 billion; the 1st quarter of 2014, PIT reached net revenue of VND 1,145 billion with a gross profit of VND 5.1 billion.
Nhi Hiep Brick Corp (NHC) announced its six month revenue for 2014 was VND 58 billion with a gross profit of VND 4.2 billion; fulfilling 58 percent and 57 percent of its yearly plan for 2014. The 3rd quarter plan of 2014, NHC expects to reach revenue of VND 32 billion and its profit will exceed VND 1 billion.
