Ben Thanh Corporation, whose deputy CEO is Nguyen Thi, chairman of Khanh Hoi Import Export JSC (KHA), registered to buy 500,000 shares from August 14 to September 14. After the share purchase, Ben Thanh Corp. aims to raise holdings to 4,374,477 shares or 34.26 percent stake.

From August 14 to September 14, Bui Huu Phuc, son of Bui Dinh Quy, BOD member of Hanoi Maritime Joint Stock Company (MHC), registered to buy 700,000 shares to increase his holdings to 700,330 shares, to raise ownership ratio.

Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ) announced August 22 as ex-date and August 24 as record date to pay dividends at VND1,000 per share and bonus shares at a ratio of 5:1. The dividends payment will be made on September 14, 2012. The company planned to use capital surplus to issue 11,999,686 shares to pay bonus shares.
