On June 28, VinGroup Joint Stock Company (VIC) officially traded 151,078,750 shares issued to pay dividend for the year 2011 and the first quarter of 2012 to its current shareholders on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange.

From July 2 to August 2, Bui Dinh Quy, BOD member of Hanoi Maritime Joint Stock Company (MHC), registered to buy 500,000 shares, increasing his holdings to 2,335,370 shares, to raise ownership ratio.

Dang Van Ky, BOD member of Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company (BMG), registered to sell all 350,000 shares from June 29 to July 29 to restructure his investment portfolio.

Thanh My Garment Company, a major shareholder of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company (GIL), registered to buy 600,000 shares from July 2 to 31, increasing its ownership to 1,203,011 shares, accounting for 9.03 percent stake, for investment.

Gia Dinh Real Estate Company, a major shareholder of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company (GIL), registered to sell all 629,940 shares between July 2 to 31, or 4.73 percent stake, for capital supplement.

From July 2 to August 2, Bui Phap, chairman of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company (DLG), registered to buy 3 million shares, raising his ownership to 22,314,020 shares.

Tram Trong Ngan, son of Tram Be, vice chairman of Saigon Thuong Tin Joint Stock Commercial Bank or Sacombank (STB), registered to buy 8 million shares from June 29 to July 29, increasing his holdings to 48 million shares, or 4.93 percent stake, for long-term investment.

Tran Van Thanh, chairman cum CEO of House Vietnam Joint Stock Company (NVN), bought 876,290 shares out of 1 million shares registered to buy from April 23 to June 23, sending his ownership to 1,576,290 shares, or 17.49 percent stake, to increase his ownership ratio. From July 2 to August 2, he registered to buy 500,000 shares to raise his holdings to 2,076,290 shares, or 19.48 percent stake.

Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation (TIX) announced that it will call halt to operations of its member company, Tanima, from July 1.

Long Hau Joint Stock Company (LHG) announced that it has signed a contract to transfer 12.5 million shares in Bourbon Joint Stock Company to Thanh Cong Investment and Trading Manufacture Company.
