The reference VND/USD exchange rate of the State Bank of Vietnam was set at 22,045 VND per USD on October 28, up 13 VND from October 27.
With the current +/- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 22,706 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,384 VND per USD.
The buying rate listed by Vietcombank was 22,295 VND per USD, while the selling rate was 22,365 VND, down by 5 VND from October 27.
Rates were also listed at 22,300 – 22,370 VND/USD at BIDV and 22,300 – 22,370 VND/USD at Vietinbank.
