The prices of RON 92 petrol and bio-fuel E5 increased by VND 919 and VND 800 per liter as from 3:00 pm on December 20.
Accordingly, retail prices of RON 92 and E5 are sold at no more than VND17, 594 and VND17, 322 per liter.
Meanwhile the prices of diesel and kerosene increased VND 761 and VND 734 per liter. Their current ceiling prices are VND13, 433 and VND11, 943 per liter. The price of mazut is VND 10,634 per kg, an increase of VND672.
The Ministry of Industry & Trade and the Ministry of Finance also decided to keep the use of the price stabilization fund for petroleum. Usage of the fund for bio-fuel E5 increased VND600 per liter; while diesel and kerosene were VND250 and VND450 per liter, and mazut was VND550 per kg.
