Petrol prices reduce sharply

After the rollback A92 and A95 petrol have been sold at VND20,250 and VND20,850 respectively, Kerosene price fell VND450 a liter to VND19,250. Diesel price dropped VND590 a liter to VND18,600.

The latest cut was on November 7, when petrol prices slid by VND360 to VND950 a liter. Petrol price has decreased by VND5,390 a liter after ten consecutive reductions.

The price reduction was made as per an instruction by the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Industry and Trade, who have also ordered businesses to contribute VND600/ every liter they sell to the price subsidization fund.
