The Ministry of Industry and Trade yesterday announced hotline (04) 22 202 240 and email thutucxuatnhapkhau@moit.gov.vn to receive information about difficulties in export-import activities.
The hotline will receive opinions about cargo export import procedures of the ministry and other ministries.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade will solve problems under its management and informed other agencies of issues within their jurisdiction and propose them to have specific answers.
Handling results will be synthesized and updated on the ministry’s website http://www.moit.gov.vn.
The hotline establishment aims to create advantageous conditions for export-import businesses and step up administrative reform in accordance with the Government’s instruction.
