Many Vietnamese firms win export contracts to US

The Trade Promotion Department under the Ministry of Industry and Trade said that many Vietnamese firms have won export contracts to the US market at the Private Label Manufacturers Association Show (PLMA) in Chicago.
Specifically, GOC Food Processing Export Company won an order to export 350 containers of cucumber and chili with the total value of US$4.2 million. Coconut milk of Ben Tre Import Export Company has been chosen to be one of 200 creative new products highlighted at Idea Supermarket area of the show.
Other Vietnamese businesses have signed a slew of order contracts from American firms to supply farm produce and processed products such as cocoa, milk, aloe vera juice water and fresh coconut milk with the total value of $1 billion.
Many others have received requirements from large US firms to send them samples to consider cooperation ability in the upcoming time.
