With 105 projects licensed in 2015 with the total registered capital of US$904 million, Long An province led the Mekong Delta in foreign direct investment (FDI) attraction last year.
That was an increase of 10 projects and US$533 million over the previous year.
So far, Long An has had 680 FDI projects with the total registered capital of US$4.51 billion. Of these, 414 projects have come into stable operation.
