This is the first commercial mediation center in Vietnam, licensed by the Ministry of Justice under the Decree No. 22/2017/ND-CP on commercial mediation.
As a member of the Vietnam international law association, VICMC is established and operates for nonprofit revenue.
The purpose of VICMC is to bring solutions on solving commercial disputes outside the court through mediation activities for customers, businesses and investors.
Its headquarters is located at Vietnam Society of International Law (VSIL) in Dong Da district, Hanoi.
