Thaco ranked top for its revenue in March

A statistic of the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers Association (VAMA) showed that in March 2015, the total revenue for sold vehicles was 40,834 units.

A statistic of the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers Association (VAMA) showed that in March 2015, the total revenue for sold vehicles was 40,834 units.

In March alone, Thaco, a domestic car manufacturer, sold 5,973 cars, among were 3,196 commercial cars and 2,777 tourist cars; up 101 percent compared to last month, accounting 39.3 percent of VAMA’s market share.

With this figure, Thaco named top by the first three month of 2015with 14,685 sales, representing 36 percent compared to VAMA’s market share.

Japanese manufacturers Toyota was listed the second with 3,826 sales, accounting 25 percent.
