At present, around 40 Japanese enterprises have operated in the fields of household appliances, interior decoration, cosmetics and diversified learning in investment environment, cooperative partners and distributors in Vietnam, reported Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).
JETRO Ho Chi Minh City Office Director Hirotaka Yasuzumi said: “Vietnam is a large market with a population of more than 90 million people. Moreover, because the income level of Vietnamese workers is rapid growth, the consumption structure of Vietnamese is starting to change; meanwhile, Japanese enterprises have advantages in some business fields such as high- quality safe products for the consumer healthcare.
Thus, Japanese businessmen have desired to find the partners, retailing and distribution systems to bring their household appliance to Vietnam".
