The Dak Nong Province People’s Committee will hold an investment promotion conference December 17 at Ho Chi Minh City’s Reunification Palace to call on investors for its 30 projects worth VND9 trillion (US$486 million).
The projects include 14 related to industry, seven on urban infrastructure, five on tourism, and others related to agriculture, trade, and education.
For projects in industrial zones and tourist areas, the provincial People’s Committee will conduct site clearance and compensation for residents.
Dak Nong will also offer investors preferential treatment approved by the Government, including attractive land prices; reduced or exempt land-use tax, income tax and land rent; and low-interest loans.
