Compulsory listing for all joint stock commercial banks by 2020

According to the project to restructure securities and insurance markets in the period of 2020 to 2025, the size of securities market is aimed to increase to 100 percent of gross domestic product (GDP) by 2020 and 120 percent of GDP by 2025, hereby increasing the number of investors participating in the market.

Compulsory listing for all joint stock commercial banks by 2020
Currently, there are 2.2 million accounts being opened on the market, of which there are nearly 30,000 accounts of foreign investors. The project also sets a goal to attract one million more new investors on securities market after a year.
In order to increase market size, the project also draws up schedule to promote equitization and punish enterprises violating regulations on listing and trading registration after equitization. Accordingly, all joint stock commercial banks must list and register for trading on securities market by the end of 2020.
